How app distribution works on Meteor
App distribution is the step between finishing a build and getting it into users' hands. On Meteor, that step is a single upload: sign in, drop in your package, and the platform generates a dedicated download page and QR code that anyone can open or scan to install.
For Android, you upload an APK and configure per-channel store links. The download page detects each visitor's device and brand, then routes them to the right store or hands them the direct APK. For iOS and HarmonyOS you can attach TestFlight, an enterprise install page, or a store link, so a single page serves every platform.
Every version you publish is kept in a version history with its own publish state and download count, so testers always reach the build you intend and you can roll back or phase a release. Page views and downloads update in real time, giving you a clear picture of how each release is performing.
Access is controlled from the dashboard: you decide which apps are visible and who can reach each download page. Nothing requires the App Store or Google Play, which makes the platform equally suited to internal betas, enterprise rollouts, and public multi-store distribution.
